kicked in my front door, pepper sprayed me in the face extricated me from my flat and  threw me in the
rear of a  waiting paddy wagon, wherupon i was transported to a police station untill dark denied

Racketeering is a treasanous Activity against the interests of the communal population of an area
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason
Treason against the king was known as high treason and treason against a lesser superior was petty treason. A person who commits treason is known in law as a traitor.

Oran’s Dictionary of the Law (1983) defines treason as “…[a]…citizen’s actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation].” In many nations, it is also often considered treason to attempt or conspire to overthrow the government, even if no foreign country is aided or involved by such an endeavour.

Outside legal spheres, the word “traitor” may also be used to describe a person who betrays (or is accused of betraying) their own political party, nation, family, friends, ethnic group, team, religion, social class, or other group to which they may belong.

”Tenants of Housing NSW and the Aboriginal Housing Office are required to pay for their water usage. This charge is in addition to the tenant’s rent. Tenants do not pay for connection, sewerage and other charges not related to water usage.

If you are a public housing tenant you will pay either a ‘percentage water charge’ or an ‘actual water charge’. This is determined by whether your property has a shared or a separate water meter and whether Housing NSW receives sufficient usage information from the local water authority to determine your water usage.”

OUTH Australia’s water-billing system needs to be overhauled, according to a prominent academic.

He said the reform is necessary in order to give asset-rich, income-poor older people some relief.

“The system linking land value to bills was designed to share the burden according to income and wealth, but it’s no longer working as people have seen their retirement incomes eroded by the global financial crisis,” the executive director of the Australian Institute for Social Research, Associate Professor John Spoehr, said.

“People may be asset rich but they might also be income poor and such bills become a very difficult burden.
“Any review of pricing policy needs to focus on the most vulnerable.”

  3. A First Instance Warrant was used to enable my eviction in front of my neighbours as , in my opinion , a warning to other residents that similar would happen to them if they also protested and stopped paying their guestimated water chagres , even though our servants have $41 Million to upgrade public housing state wide NSW and the Illawaras portion is $11 Mill , but for Some Reason they dont want to place water meters in some 63 units?? So they can continue charging people twice for water ,. ! rent is calculated by adding Water rates and Land rates together and divided by the number of payments per annumn to arrive at a figure that can be adjusted by 10% re market conditions, so if my water is already calculated in my Rent,…. and my rent was paid ,…. Why wasnt i shown the 1st instant warrant ,? or my questions as to how compliance to the Weights and measures Legislation is being complied with , when Lynda Burney ammends legislation and takes out the requirements for metered bills to suit their continued racketeering process under the noses of their masters! and some more information and links…….

    http://www.crossroad.to/articles2/05/dialectic.htm

In 1847 the London Communist League (Karl Marx and Frederick Engels)
used Hegel’s theory of the dialectic to back up their economic theory of communism.
Now, in the 21st century, Hegelian-Marxist thinking affects our entire social and political structure.
The Hegelian dialectic is the framework for guiding our thoughts and actions into conflicts that lead us
to a predetermined solution. If we do not understand how the Hegelian dialectic shapes our perceptions
of the world, then we do not know how we are helping to implement the vision. When we remain locked into
dialectical thinking, we cannot see out of the box.

Hegel’s dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action.
Every time we fight for or defend against an ideology we are playing a necessary role in Marx and Engels’
grand design to advance humanity into a dictatorship of the proletariat. The synthetic Hegelian solution to
all these conflicts can’t be introduced unless we all take a side that will advance the agenda. The Marxist’s
global agenda is moving along at breakneck speed. The only way to completely stop the privacy invasions,
expanding domestic police powers, land grabs, insane wars against inanimate objects (and transient verbs),
covert actions, and outright assaults on individual liberty, is to step outside the dialectic. This releases us from the
limitations of controlled and guided thought.

      Water Rate Concerns
      By Danielle Buckley
      Dec. 19, 2013, 10:29 a.m.

Pensioners from a community housing block in Forbes have voiced their outrage at the water rates they are being charged by Housing NSW.

The housing block, located in north Forbes, is made up of 13 one bedroom units, where tenants each currently pay $9 per fortnight.

Tony Higgins has been a tenant in the block for 18 months and he believes that this amount is almost three times more than other community housing water rates.

“Others in community housing pay just $3.10 per fortnight which means they pay only $80.60 per year per house and we pay $234 per year per unit for the same water,” he said.

“I’m just upset about paying three times more than what Housing NSW are being charged themselves.”

While the Forbes Shire Council set the water rates for the town, they charge Housing NSW who in turn bill their tenants

Current Housing NSW tenancy agreements declare that the water rate is set at 4.7 per cent of tenants rent, up to a maximum of $7.

Yet at this rate, the pensioners are paying more than the Shire Council are charging Housing NSW.

Mr Higgins is frustrated with this and believes that as tenants of community housing, their discounted rent should not mean they pay more for water and other amenities.

“With our consumption under the shire council’s water rates we should have paid $790 for the past 12 months, instead we have paid a staggering $3042,” he said.

“In my opinion, community housing should not be trying to recuperate some of the subsidy that we’re getting as pensioners in water rates,” he said.

While the water rate charged by Housing NSW is set and therefore consumption should not alter the water bill, a spokesperson for the Department of Family and Community Services said if charges are high it is because of excess usage.

“Tenants are responsible for excess water usage but Family and Community Services does not apply any additional administrative charges on top of this,” the spokesperson said.

“Some tenants receive higher bills than they expect, but this is generally found to be due to them maintaining a garden or having a large family.”

Yet neither Mr Higgins, nor any of the other tenants have families and as Mr Higgins explains, none of the tenants are avid gardeners.

ICAC target Nick Di Girolamo was paying himself a salary of more than $1 million a year at Australian Water Holdings while the firm was on the brink of collapse.

The businessman’s company also donated $67,637 to the Liberal and National Parties from 2008 to 2011 as it sought to resolve a contract dispute with Sydney Water despite Treasury advice saying it had “net assets worth $36”.
ICAC, which will begin hearings into Australian Water Holdings on Monday, announced it would broaden its inquiries to look at Mr Di Girolamo’s salary and that of other AWH executives.
Mr Di Girolamo was eventually forced out of the company in April 2013 with “a token payment” after he had the firm take a $5 million loan from four business people and was unable to pay it back, The Daily Telegraph can reveal.

Eighty per cent of these customers read their own meters and discovered they were being charged for water they were not using.

Opposition water spokesman Walt Secord is calling on the state government to review Sydney Water’s process in estimating a household’s water usage, and is urging people to do a check of their meters if bills appear too high.

More than 200,000 households receive estimated bills.

“With families facing cost of living pressures and living on tight budgets, it is unfair for them to be paying for water they are not using. Families are doing their part and conserving water, but they need to know they are being charged fairly,” Mr Secord said.

The figures, contained in Sydney Water’s annual report for 2011-2012, show bill complaints have increased by 14 per cent since 2010.

The total number of complaints received by Sydney Water has risen to 7527 from 7398 in 2010-11, with more than half related to bills.

The 2011-2012 report showed that, after tax, Sydney Water made $367 million – $95 million more than forecast in the statement of corporate intent target signed by the Premier and Treasurer.

Showering can make us sick: scientists

Scientists from the University of Colorado have revealed the warm, damp, enclosed conditions of showerheads are the perfect breeding ground for mycobacterium avium — one of the pathogens responsible for causing respiratory illnesses.

The findings also showed the water coming through the showerhead vaporised the bacteria in tiny water droplets, making it easier for people to breathe it deep into their lungs.

Molecular biologist Norman Pace said the findings were a serious public health concern.

“How many people do you know with a shallow cough? Probably a lot (and) I would bet that in a lot of cases mycobacterium avium is responsible,” he said.

“(Showering is) like anything else — there is a risk associated with it.”

“If you are immune compromised or are susceptible to pulmonary infections, take a bath instead of a shower,” she said.

“If you are healthy and your immune system is functioning properly, you should not worry about the germs in your showerhead.”

The study showed plastic showerheads were more likely to develop biofilms of germs than steel ones.

Simon joins us to discuss some of the latest developments in the Freeman Movement, and the concepts of Common Law and Natural Law.

Is this a law abiding system? Is there a remedy in law? Many a strong researcher has unraveled the layers of the system to reveal it’s mechanics. It is indeed a system of slavery, hearkening back to Babylon. The natural desire of individuals is to be free. It is only natural then to be attracted to remedies that offer freedom or the ability simply to live in peace.

Today we’re going to look a little at how our natural rights have been removed, and how much good we can expect from using the system to fight the system. A whole movement has sprung up around individual sovereignty through knowledge of law often called the “Freeman movement”. There is much allure to using hidden knowledge of this systems rules to restore our individual sovereignty and distance ourselves from unfair contracts.

We examine some leading Freeman thinker’s in Dean Clifford, Schaeffer Cox and Kevin Annett and their latest moves, imprisonment and calls to action.

A $10,000 corporate box at the football, limousines and political party donations.

These were just some of the big spending, as well as wages, which Australian Water Holdings then billed back to Sydney Water as expenses, a corruption inquiry heard yesterday.

The money tap had been turned on for the company that had won a lucrative deed of contract to provide water infrastructure in Sydney’s north west but the ICAC heard yesterday that Sydney Water was rebuffed when it attempted to clarify what exactly it was paying for.

LIBERAL FUNDRAISER DI GIROLAMO ‘WAS PAID $250,000’

The inquiry is examining explosive claims that figures from both sides of politics were engaged with AWH CEO Nick Di Girolamo during his attempts to secure a lucrative public private partnership with the successive Liberal and Labor government that could have secured AWH shareholders up to $200 million.

ICAC heard yesterday that Mr Di Girolamo was to be paid $1.25 million a year for coming on board as a co-director of Australian Water — a fee that was to be reimbursed by Sydney Water due to the long running deed.

But it was not the only bill being paid by Sydney Water.

Records of AWH payments tabled in ICAC show that in 2009 and 2010 AWH also paid more than $66,000 in monthly $7333 payments to the company Eight by Five.

The next ICAC inquiry will investigate whether it is an alleged slush fund connected to the former Liberal minister Chris Hartcher.

The documents also show $6585 worth of payments to the Italian Chamber of Commerce in 2009, of which Mr Di Girolamo was a prominent member. Australian Water Holdings even billed Sydney Water for more than $250,000 in legal fees which it was using to fund its own legal dispute with Sydney Water over payments that the government agency labelled “extraordinarily high

POLICE Minister Mike Gallacher has been forced by Premier Mike Baird to resign over sensational ICAC allegations he masterminded a “corrupt scheme” to raise illegal political donations in concert with a company part-owned by mining entrepreneur Nathan Tinkler.

In a phone call at 3.15pm yesterday from Canberra, Mr Baird insisted to Mr Gallacher that he had to go.
