Corzine is without a doubt directly responsible for the $600 million
in missing funds, but because he regularly has $35,800 per plate
fundraisers for Obama, he remains free while Celente and other MF Global
 clients are left wondering if they will ever see their money again. Interestingly,
when MF Global had their latest bond offering, it said right in the prospectus that
 if Corzine was appointed by Obama to become Treasury Secretary and confirmed by
Congress, those MF Global investors would receive 1% in extra interest on their bonds.
The only good thing that will come out of MF Global’s bankruptcy is that Corzine now has
no chance of becoming Treasury Secretary and bankrupting our country in less than two years
 like he did to MF Global and almost did to the State of New Jersey. Unfortunately, the U.S.
 will likely experience hyperinflation in less than two years no matter who is Treasury Secretary,
 because we are at a point where our debt can only be paid back through monetization by the Federal Reserve.

NEW YORK ” Three weeks after MF Global’s collapse, furious former customers are still fighting for access to billions of dollars as they question why as much as two-thirds of their money is still frozen.

While authorities have touted the fact that they are returning 60 percent of the collateral and cash that had been frozen in the wake of the broker’s October 31 bankruptcy, a closer look shows that in fact only about 40 percent of customers’ total funds have been authorized for release so far.

The remainder, more than $3 billion, ostensibly remains on hand to cover a shortfall originally estimated by MF Global to regulators at just $600 million.

Because the bankruptcy trustee, regulators and exchanges have made no comment on the missing funds in weeks ” and have given no information as to how much cash they are retaining ” customers are left guessing exactly how much might end up in the creditors’ process of the bankruptcy.

Intent of Policy
The Department wants to make better use of the money it currently spends on
water usage in public housing. With the money it saves, the Department will be
able to improve or acquire public housing properties. In addition, the policy is
designed to impact positively on environmental concerns by encouraging water
conservation and reducing water usage.

Notifying Tenants
Each time the Department adjusts a tenant’s actual water charges, the
Department will advise the tenant in writing of the following:
• The start and end dates of the relevant water authority billing period
• The meter reading at the start and end dates of the relevant billing period
• The number of kilolitres of water used during the relevant billing period
• The dollar amount of water usage charged by the water authority for the
relevant billing period
• The adjustment amount calculated (credit/debit)
• The amount of the adjusted actual water charge to be paid by the tenant
• The date when the adjusted actual water charge
is to start.

The Department will not need to provide an additional water usage
allowance where the water provider is already providing that allowance, as it will
be passed onto the tenant when the Department processes the bill for that
property.

If a tenant has concerns over an aspect of their water usage charge, they are first
encouraged to speak to their client service officer to seek a resolution of those
concerns. For example, a tenant may want to talk to their client service officer
about:
• Perceived errors in the application of the percentage water charge to the
tenant’s actual rent
• The Department’s calculation of the adjusted actual water charges
• Delay in the Department repairing a water leak on the property side of the
meter where the tenant has informed the Department of that leak
• Water meter readings
• Whether they should be exempt from water charges.
If an issue is not resolved, and the tenant believes the Department has not
applied the water charging policy correctly or fairly, then the tenant may appeal to
the Department. See Policy: Appeals of Departmental Decisions EST0015A .
Note however, the Department has a legal right to charge tenants for water and
that the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal ultimately determine disputes
between the Department and a tenant relating to the non-payment of water usage
charges.

Yess we are free to drive motor vehicles along our streets  toot our horns  and collect monies  which we give to charities who keep 60% for their operational costs and 40%  only gets to the destination it was origionally intended  for  by the donatee
