You have touched on a number of points here Pete re how
Agenda 21 is taking more from us than giving.
I have replied re the Water Situation where we have to buy our drinking water, and tolerate the supplied water for washing, bathing & garden.

  2. pamea says:

I don’t know if this is a new addition but DHO N.S.W. states: Water Charges

”Tenants of Housing NSW and the Aboriginal Housing Office are required to pay for their water usage. This charge is in addition to the tenant’s rent. Tenants do not pay for connection, sewerage and other charges not related to water usage.

If you are a public housing tenant you will pay either a ‘percentage water charge’ or an ‘actual water charge’. This is determined by whether your property has a shared or a separate water meter and whether Housing NSW receives sufficient usage information from the local water authority to determine your water usage.

If you reside in a separately metered property you pay for the actual water you use.

If you reside in a shared metered property you pay a percentage of your actual rent as a water usage charge. A maximum weekly charge applies to this charge. The percentage rate and the maximum charge are reviewed each year.” AND..” Water usage charges must be paid weekly or fortnightly into your separate water usage account.’ Sorry for being a spoilt-sport .
    . it says
”you pay a percentage of your actual rent as a water usage charge.”

yup i know what it says now, check the ammendments and youll find who (L burney) changed /deleted certian sections where they once had to give a literage amount used over the world health organisations world standards(which australia has signed) of 20 L per day as basic human requirements for life. 20 X 365 = 7330 L of water All i asked was for them to tell me how much ive used so i could deduct afore mentioned amount from their bill as per international agreements (why sould one be obedient to clepto corporate rule, who by meeting in secret and acting without a mandate for their cookie cutter methodologies for profits) Hmmmphhh

      • PeterBDunn says:

oh and i forgot How is rent calculated, by taking land rates water rates(all land expenses) adding them togehter, to arrive at a figure which is then divide by the number of payments per year then you have your rental amount,,…. and yes i know because of my disablilty pension its calculated as a guestimated process, where was the mandate from the people for the constitution to be changed and sect 53, along with others of constitution ignored.

Agenda 21 Climate Change Fraud. Lord Monckton talks about the evil plans of the rotten-to-the-core United Nations. The Australian Labor Government has the same evil plans. The Australian Labor Party is now infested with extreme socialists. It lacks the leadership to stand up to the rotten-to-the-core United Nations. When the UN says to this Labor govenment ‘jump’, Gillard says ‘how high ?’

Eighty per cent of these customers read their own meters and discovered they were being charged for water they were not using.

Opposition water spokesman Walt Secord is calling on the state government to review Sydney Water’s process in estimating a household’s water usage, and is urging people to do a check of their meters if bills appear too high.

More than 200,000 households receive estimated bills.

“With families facing cost of living pressures and living on tight budgets, it is unfair for them to be paying for water they are not using. Families are doing their part and conserving water, but they need to know they are being charged fairly,” Mr Secord said.

The figures, contained in Sydney Water’s annual report for 2011-2012, show bill complaints have increased by 14 per cent since 2010.

The total number of complaints received by Sydney Water has risen to 7527 from 7398 in 2010-11, with more than half related to bills.

The 2011-2012 report showed that, after tax, Sydney Water made $367 million – $95 million more than forecast in the statement of corporate intent target signed by the Premier and Treasurer.

more comies from the universities moving forward with adgenda 21 are councils even legal?

Managing the Illawarra’s urban sprawl and challenging coastline into the future will require a collaboration between councils and all levels of government, a new report has found.

Led by chief investigator Professor Barbara Norman from the University of Canberra, a team of academics tackled the question of what coastal communities in south-east Australia might look like in 2030 and how they may need to adapt in a shifting climate scenario.

Among the team were University of Wollongong academics Professor Colin Woodroffe and Dr Kerrylee Rogers.

Unlike in northern NSW and southern Queensland, little research had been carried out on how adaptive south-eastern Australian coastal communities were to the climate and environmental challenges they faced, Prof Norman said.

The report found that issues such as climate change, coastal management and urban growth were complex and difficult for councils to deal with on their own, she said.

‘‘They are looking to work more with their neighbouring councils and they really do need the active support of higher levels of government to do that work well,’’ Prof Norman said.

‘‘A collaborative regional approach is really the key message coming out.’’

Although parts of the Illawarra are highly developed, most of the South Coast between Wollongong and Lakes Entrance in Victoria remains sparsely populated and dotted with small villages.

Prof Norman said this provided plenty of challenges in terms of planning and infrastructure that would only get tougher to manage as populations increased.

‘‘Now is the time to put in place good planning measures, good planning for climate change, and that will place us on a sustainable pathway for the future.

‘‘We have that opportunity in the south, we don’t have the development of the Gold Coast.’’

Failing to get the decision-making process right could lead to very expensive and even fatal mistakes, Prof Norman said.

‘‘The risk is we’ll make decisions where we place urban development in places of risk and everybody pays for that in the medium and long term.

‘‘Where we’ve got increasing risk of storms, increasing risk of floods and bushfires, then we need to factor all of that into our decision making, particularly in areas of small villages,’’ Prof Norman said.

Although putting the practical plans in place was important, she said it was first vital to determine who would make the decisions.

‘‘If we can get the foundations in place about decision-making processes that will consider all these issues, then perhaps we’re in a much stronger position to be adapting to environmental change with less risk to the communities and the environment in 2030,’’ she said
