    and some more ……
Don’t blame our Labor or Lib/Nat Gov’s as they have already sold us out while we were all asleep, Since the Whitlam Labour Government, Australia has also been sold out, and registered as a Corporation. ; They are not the people who will lock us up, and what’s more, they don’t know about these prison installations, and the MEDIA are complicent being very quiet about it; We are now under a UN ‘CORPORATION REGISTERED NUMBER’ and our Gov’ is nothing more than the caretaker to sell off all public owned assets such as ‘Water’ – ‘Electricity’ – ‘Rail and transport’ – ‘Ports and Shipping’ – etc. before UN takeover and the proclamation of the NEW laws which will take effect immediately. If you don’t like it, you’ll get locked up.

All Australian businesses with a registered ABN with the Australian Tax Office are listed on CreditorWatch. Please note that this does not mean that the business has a default registered against it, or has a bad debt associated with it.

The business information listed above is publicly available and sourced, with permission, from various public databases.

Default and bad debt information is only available to members of CreditorWatch. Click here to sign in. Business registration information listed is maintained under the A New Tax System (Australian Business Number) Act 1999, the main objective of which is to make it easier for businesses to conduct their dealings with the Australian Government. Due to the limitations outlined below, neither CreditorWatch, the Registrar of the ABR nor the Federal Government accept any liability arising from use of, or reliance upon, this service. CreditorWatch in partnership with the Registrar of the ABR monitors the quality of the information available on this website and updates the information regularly. However, neither CreditorWatch, the Registrar of the ABR nor the Federal Government guarantee that the information available through this service (including search results) is accurate, up to date or complete. This is because the official ABR is based on information supplied by businesses to the Registrar of the ABR. That information may have changed since it was supplied by the business and was included in the ABR, despite requirements on entities to formally notify the Registrar of any changes. In addition, while we make reasonable efforts to regularly update the information available through this service from the official ABR, the information available through this service may not be as current as the information in the official ABR. You should consider verifying any information obtained through this service with other sources. Furthermore, the fact that an entity is listed in the ABR is not a warranty of the commercial viability or continuing existence of the entity, nor is it a warranty that any apparent use by an entity of its Australian Business Number is in fact properly authorised by the entity.

Consumer, Trade & Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT)

After a merger with the Fair Trading Tribunal and the Residential Tribunal in 2002, the new body – The Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) was created.

The CTTT is an independent decision making body that offers a dispute resolution service. It first tries to help the parties work out their own solution to the problem and
if that does not work it can resolve the dispute by making orders. The Tribunal cannot hear a building claim over $500,000. The orders of the CTTT are legally binding and must be obeyed.

    call us on 1300 QUINNS (1300 784 667) or on +61 2 9223 9166 to arrange an appointment.

Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Representation

The role of the CTTT is to resolve disputes between tenants, landlords, traders and consumers in a timely and effective manner. Our lawyers have experience in prosecuting and defending proceedings commenced in the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, including in respect of landlord/tenant disputes, strata disputes, and other disputes within the CTTT’s jurisdiction.

Our property lawyers also have experience resolving property disputes in the CTTT. For example, if a landlord and a tenant cannot resolve a dispute on their own, which is often the case, the matter can be taken to the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). The CTTT is an independent decision making body which considers and determines applications from landlords and tenants. The CTTT is intended to be a quick, effective, inexpensive, and relatively informal way of resolving consumer, trader and tenancy disputes and capable of making enforceable orders.
